How do I view and redeem my points?
Step 1: Log in or create an account to access your rewards page
Step 2: Click the top right hamburger menu and select 'My Rewards'
Step 3: Once you’ve accumulated enough Loyalty points you’ll be able to add your $1 reward pod to your cart
*Note: you must reach a $50 minimum order quantity in order to checkout with your $1 reward pod
What happens to my points if I cancel my Airgraft Membership?
When you cancel your Airgraft Membership you will lose all of the points you’ve accumulated. That’s why we suggest pausing your membership for 1, 2, or 3 months instead. You’ll be able to keep all your earned points and won’t be charged a membership fee during the pause period.

What happens to my points if I pause my Airgraft Membership?
You’ll keep your points during your pause period, but you will not be able to redeem them until you restart your membership! Just note that you will be automatically charged at the end of your pause period.
Can my points be exchanged or cashed out for actual currency?
No. Points do not have a cash value, cannot be cashed out or used to purchase pods or other products on our website. Points can only be redeemed for Airgraft rewards.
What will happen to the reward pods I earned by referring a friend?
If you’ve earned your reward pods prior to the launch of the reward program, worry not! We will convert your rewards pods to the number of points required to redeem them.
